To quote for your work, to carry it out, and to contact you about it afterwards. If you become a customer we keep a record of the work for as long as the guarantee runs, because you may need us to honour it.
Nobody, other than where we genuinely have to in order to do the job, such as a scaffolding contractor who needs the address. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to marketing companies.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere. Customer records are kept for the length of the guarantee plus the period our insurers require.
